Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Classes - Bookings are essential. 2 hour notice of cancellation if you can no longer attend the class once your spot is booked. Client PT sessions-12 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments. Notice of less than 12 hours will incur full payment of the full Session fee. Trainer PT sessions - 24 hour notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments. Notice of less than 24 hours will mean your next session is at no cost. If you have registered but fail to attend an event requiring payment, you will be liable for payment unless cancellation is made in writing to Team Rella Once purchased, your Sessions are non-refundable and non transferable. Agreed weekly payments for any challenge or sessions must be adhered to and cannot be cancelled unless an agreement in writing has been made between you and the trainer not to continue
